Kavor Limited Warranty Policy

1. Overview

This Kavor Limited Warranty Policy (the "Policy") takes effect from the date the product is delivered to the original consumer purchaser. This Policy applies only to products purchased through official Kavor authorized channels within the United States and to products that are first sold and used within the United States.

For return, exchange, or warranty service, the purchaser must first contact Kavor for troubleshooting.

  • For products purchased from third‑party platforms (e.g., Walmart, TikTok, eBay), please refer to the warranty policy of that platform.

  • For products purchased from unauthorized sellers or offline retailers, please contact the seller directly.

2. Legal Guarantee

This limited warranty does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. This Kavor Limited Warranty is an addition to, and not a substitute for, your legal rights.

3. Warranty for Products Used Outside the Contiguous U.S.

Products sold on this website are manufactured to U.S. standards/regulations and are intended for use only within the contiguous United States (the 48 states).

Warranty service is provided only within the contiguous U.S. We do not provide warranty service for products used in or shipped to:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • Guam

  • APO/FPO addresses

If a product is transported to or used outside the contiguous U.S., any quality issues or malfunctions arising from such use are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty service may be limited to the country where the product was first sold. Please contact Kavor to inquire about local after‑sales service for products purchased in other countries.

4. Warranty Period

The one‑year warranty period begins from the following dates (whichever applies):

  • The purchase date shown on your original receipt or invoice; or

  • The delivery date (if later than the purchase date).

If you cannot provide a valid proof of purchase, the warranty period will begin three months after the product manufacture date (as indicated on the product nameplate).

Additional Terms

  • Accessories: Accessories purchased from the official Kavor store may be returned without reason within 7 days of receipt. For non‑quality returns, the customer pays return shipping. If a quality issue occurs within 30 days, you may apply for a replacement.

  • Non‑household use: Kavor products are designed for general household use. If used in a commercial or non‑household environment, the warranty period for the entire unit is three (3) months.

  • Repaired products: Products repaired or replaced under this warranty retain the remaining original warranty period or a warranty period of ninety (90) days from the repair date (whichever is longer).

  • Product inspection upon delivery: Inspect the product immediately for shipping damage. If the outer packaging is damaged, refuse the delivery. If the packaging is intact but the product is damaged, contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Gift cards: Kavor US gift cards are non‑transferable, non‑refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law). They are valid only at the Kavor US official store.

5. Costs Covered During Warranty

During the warranty period, after receiving a defective product we will inspect it to determine whether the issue is covered.

  • For covered defects: We will bear the inspection, material, labor, and round‑trip shipping costs.

  • If the defect is not covered: You will bear all repair costs, including inspection fees, material costs, labor charges, and round‑trip shipping.

6. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

  • Accessories & consumables: Packaging materials (printed boxes, internal foam, paper cards, user manuals, expansion screws, labels, cleaning tools, etc.), unless damage is caused by a defect in a non‑consumable component.

  • Normal wear and tear: Gradual deterioration in performance or appearance from normal use.

  • Damage from improper use including but not limited to:

    • Failure to follow the user manual (e.g., using non‑official accessories)

    • Improper maintenance or storage

  • Damage from improper disassembly by the customer or an unauthorized third party.

  • Use in commercial or corrosive environments.

  • Damage from accidents, liquid ingress, incorrect voltage, or unauthorized repair.

  • Sample units whose model or serial number does not conform to brand‑new unit standards.

  • Force majeure: Natural disasters, strikes, riots, labor disputes, supplier failure, abnormal production conditions, carrier/communication delays, fire, flood, storm, hail, accident, war, explosion, epidemic, government orders, inability to obtain permits, court orders, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.

7. Out‑of‑Warranty Repairs

For products damaged by misuse or that are out of warranty, we offer paid repair services (subject to parts availability and damage assessment). You will bear all costs: inspection fees, parts, labor, and round‑trip shipping.

The final decision to provide repair services is at the discretion of the Kavor after‑sales department.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Kavor’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product.

  • Kavor shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

This limited warranty replaces all other warranties and liabilities, whether oral, written, statutory, contractual, or tortious, including any implied conditions of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

If any term is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that term shall be excluded, and the remaining terms remain in effect.

9. Policy Updates & Contact Us

Kavor reserves the right to modify this policy. The latest version will be posted on our website. If any term conflicts with your local law, local law prevails.
