1. Shipping Destinations & Scope

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. 

Please note: We do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

2. Order Cut-Off Time & Processing (Handling) Time

To ensure timely delivery, we process orders daily from Monday to Friday.

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
Order Processing (Handling) Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for order verification, quality control, packaging, and dispatch from our warehouse.

Note: Orders are not processed, dispatched, or shipped on weekends or local U.S. public holidays.

Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Shipping rates apply strictly to contiguous U.S. addresses and are calculated based on pre-tax order value and physical package weight at checkout.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We partner with leading domestic logistics providers to ensure safe and prompt delivery.
Primary Carriers: FedEx and UPS.
Order Tracking: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you containing your unique tracking number and direct tracking links. You can monitor your package status in real-time on our website via the [Track My Order] page or directly on the carrier's official website.

5. Unexpected Delays & Force Majeure

While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery windows, shipping timelines are estimates and may occasionally be impacted by external factors beyond our control (such as severe weather, carrier service disruptions, or high-volume holiday peak seasons like Black Friday). In the event of a significant transit delay, we will proactively communicate with you via email.
