You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive your product to request a return, exchange, or refund for any reason.
To initiate a return: Please contact our support team at support@kavorhome.com within this 30-day window. Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions & Product Status
To ensure your return is accepted and processed successfully, the following conditions must be met:
Product Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition. It must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals, and any bundled promotional gifts.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation, invoice, or receipt from our official website must be provided.
Exclusions: Products showing damage due to unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, improper use, or negligence will not be eligible for returns.

5. Return Address
All authorized returns must be sent back to our dedicated logistics center in the contiguous United States.
Return Address: Once our after-sales team approves your return request, we will send you the exact U.S. warehouse return address via email.
Please do not mail items to any address on the original shipping box before contacting us, as our processing facilities are separate from dispatch centers.
6. Return & Exchange Procedure
Step 1 – Submit Request

Step 2 – Approval & Instructions
Our team will review your request within 24 business hours.

If approved, we will send you the return warehouse address (located in the contiguous US) and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

For non‑quality returns, return shipping costs are your responsibility (you may use your own carrier or request a label with cost deducted from your refund).
Step 3 – Ship the Package

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any bundled gifts.

Step 4 – Refund Issued

8. Order Cancellation
We usually process orders within 1–3 business days of receipt.
To cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please either return the item for a refund after receiving it, or refuse the delivery. Contact us for assistance.

If the package has already left our warehouse but we can intercept it, we will try to contact the courier to return it.
